Grotto Quiet Hours
Christmas is a magical time for all children, and Christmas wouldn't be complete without a trip to see Santa. For many children diagnosed with Autism or other additional needs, a trip to Santa’s Grotto can be overwhelming and therefore we will be running Quiet Hours throughout the festive season where we will be turning down the music, and lights to make Santa’s Grotto more enjoyable and less distressing. See below for the timings for the Quiet Hour.

Giving Tree
Want to spread Christmas good will and cheer. Visit our Customer Relations Desk Christmas Tree and choose a tag to buy a gift for those in need. All gifts will be given to the NI Hospice. All gifts must be handed in by the 20th of December.
Write a Letter to Santa
Pick up a Dear Santa Letter at the Customer Relations Desk on the ground floor and help your little ones write their special Christmas wish list to Santa, pop it in the Santa post next to the desk and receive a personal reply from the big man himself!
Carol Singing
A selection of choirs will fill the mall with festive cheer as they raise funds for those in need this Christmas. Support them throughout December on the ground floor at the Royal Avenue entrance.

Gift-Wrapping Service
Santa's Elves will be wrapping presents on Thursday evenings in CastleCourt coming up to Christmas. Come along and get your gifts wrapped. Proceeds go towards school funds.
Holy Cross Boys School will be in the centre the 5th and 12th of December from 5pm for the gift wrapping. You can find them under the escalator towards West Street, in front of The Perfume Shop.
